    Software Developer in Test

    JOB PROFILE

    • As a Software Developer in Test, you will be responsible for testing automation and quality assurance for our market-leading suite of purpose-built software for speciality manufacturers and distributors. Working closely with Software Developers, you will contribute to best practices throughout the development lifecycle and advocate the right approach to ensure quality and delivery excellence.

    Duties &  Responsibilities

    • Implementation and maintenance of Automated Test Infrastructure and Test Suites.
    • Align automation with the speed of development. Make informed decisions on what, how, and when to automate.
    • Identify positive and negative test conditions from User Stories, Product Backlog Items, and other requirements documents.
    • Create test cases with pre-conditions, including machine state, configuration, and data; action steps that exercise the code, and expected results for successful execution.
    • Execute test cases, document results, update progress, and track bugs.
    • Use manual and automation testing techniques to identify, track and report existing bugs and potential areas of risk in our software.
    • Design and execute non-functional testing (e.g., performance, security, and accessibility) using standard testing techniques.
    • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives, and other meetings as needed.
    • Serve as an initial point of escalation for testing issues and escalate accordingly.
    • Operate in an agile development team and participate in applications' design, development, testing, and debugging.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of commercial software testing experience.
    • Coding proficiency in at least one modern language like C# or Java
    • Experience with test automation tools and infrastructure, Selenium, Ranorex & Jenkins highly desirable
    • Exposure to web technologies such as SOAP, REST, and OData.
    • Understanding of software development process, best practices, and concepts.
    • Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining test cases and test suites.
    • Experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment.

    Virtual Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Accountant is responsible for ensuring that all client funding transactions are reconciled and attributed to the correct funding accounts. The role will communicate reconciled information to other members of the payroll department to ensure accurate accounting for tax payments and associated refunds/payments needed out of our payroll systems. This role will ensure that they are current on all system and procedural changes to assist the customer better and the payroll department in balancing their account monthly.

    Responsibilities 

    • Manage accounting software and implement new features and updates.
    • Calculate all appropriate adjustments, deductions and credits working with customers.
    • Check data input and verify totals on forms prepared to ensure correct tax form completion.
    • Communicate payment information to internal departments as needed (accounting, tax and payroll).
    • Reconcile payments and funding from client accounts.
    • Setup and process General Ledger (GL) entries for clients.
    • Audit prior months data for debit and credit information processed after payroll processed.
    • Process ACH files and reconcile payrolls processed each day.
    • Review invoices and bills form 3rd party partners.
    • Contact clients and answer questions regarding the client’s payroll (accounting balances) via phone and email.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred. 
    • If worked for a USA-based company either virtually or remotely will be an added advantage.
    • 5 years of accounting experience.
    • Worked with an accounting firm that handles multiple clients.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly preferred.
    • Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
    • Experience with QuickBooks and related software tools.
    • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills.
    • Growth driven and is a team mindset individual.
    • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail.
    • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

    Store Manager

    Duties &  Responsibilities

    • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
    • Oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and employee management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
