    Product Manager, Global Card Acquiring

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assisting in the development and execution of strategies that will provide customers (merchants) with a suite of online (ecommerce) and offline (POS) products that meet their needs
    • Build and maintain partnerships with acquirers, card networks and vendors that are aligned to Cellulant’s business objectives, and desired customer experience
    • Overseeing the end to end card product operations with the goal of increasing market share, share of wallet, customer retention and product and customer profitability
    • Constantly enhancing processes for better services of merchant team in handling new merchant on-boarding, merchant transactions, and merchant supports along with other related forms for merchants
    • Understand the economics of the P$L for the card merchant acquiring business 
    • Understanding the card merchant business portfolio and deriving insights through regular review and analyzing of reports and monitoring of product performance
    • Uplifting our card acceptance and conversion rates both for online(ecommerce) and offline(POS) merchants
    • Developing business cases for new product / process development as necessary to ideate, design, develop, test and launch based on customer requirements or market insights or innovation.
    • In collaboration with the Fraud risk management team, monitoring chargeback and fraud volumes of merchant accounts and ensuring action plans are implemented in reducing risk from particular merchants and further coordinate with risk management team on risk controls for Merchant card acquiring business
    • In collaboration with commercial teams develop business plans to acquire and increase merchant sales volumes to meet annual targets
    • Periodically, the employee may be expected to perform assigned duties and task not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to other departments when necessary   
    • Of all the duties mentioned above, your primary job will be increasing payment conversion for card payments; Both online(ecommerce) and offline(POS). You will provide management analysis and consultation of our merchants card payments performance with a view of increasing and growing their conversion rates. This role is important to Cellulant as our merchants expect the highest conversion rates for card transactions, with zero fraud and chargebacks. 

    AS A CONVERSION ANALYST, YOU WILL:

    • Analyze and determine conversion / implementation requirements and provide those requirements to product and engineering teams. 
    • Daily review and disposition of transactions flagged for investigation.
    • Daily review of transactions conversion rates and develop strategies to increase conversion
    • Daily processing and documenting chargebacks, developing strategies to defend and minimize chargebacks to Cellulant.
    • Manage and respond to escalations from internal and external customers with proper urgency and effective communication.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns 
    • Ability to work and learn independently, react quickly, and solve problems, utilizing the available resources
    • Establishing and revising all related regulations; policies, guidelines, manuals, etc. from the various payment networks such as VISA, Mastercard, regulators such as central banks etc. 
    • Conducting analysis of card operations queries, identifying trends and recommending actions to improve the customer experience.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
    • Three to five years of similar or related experience in banking and / or fintech 
    • Possesses extensive knowledge of the following: VISA/Mastercard products and operating/processing systems, ATM system operations, Point of Sale (POS) operations and debit card system operations.
    • Proven track record to increase payments acceptance and conversion rates for online Card payments and POS 
    • Demonstrated knowledge of financial institution operational procedures and compliance, particularly those affecting card services.
    • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.
    • Experience in card fraud and risk management systems and processes.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

    Senior Agile Program Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION: 

    We seek an experienced individual to plan, direct and coordinate activities ; manage and implement an Agile Release Train (ART) / programme from initiation to final transition into operational, business-as-usual management.

    • Maintains accountability for the overall planning, coordination, monitoring, execution, reporting and delivery of value through the program
    • Maintaining strategic view of the ART / Programme
    • Scheduling programme resources and managing inter-dependencies 
    • Supporting and coaching an ART / Programme by steering it to success and navigating the complexity of delivering software in large, cross-functional environments. 
    • Resolving and escalating impediments, manages programme risk, helps assure value delivery, and drives program level continuous improvement.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Determining, monitoring and reviewing programme scope, costs, schedule and expected benefits

    • Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on programme-related activities
    • Ensures appropriate and effective agile governance arrangements and relevant reporting and communication policies are in place and followed.
    • Supports System Architect and also maintains an awareness of current technical developments that may provide opportunities to the programmes.
    • Facilitate the coordinated preparation and execution of release planning for the ART. 
    • Working with the ART team who prioritizes the features to be considered in the next program increment (PI) planning cycle.
    • Facilitating the ART team’s refinement of features to be considered in the next PI planning cycle to meet the Feature Definition of Ready.
    • Assists the ART in communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during feature definition and delivery.
    • Ensuring effective communication and coordination for and during Program Increment planning.
    • Managing change to the ART’s PI plan and the impacts of those changes.
    • Drive cross team, ART, and departmental impediments, planning, collaboration, and coordination.
    • Provide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments.
    • Understand, visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.
    • Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity.
    • Work across stakeholders and teams to continuously improve.
    • Ensure the overall cost, schedule, and performance of the program.
    • Analyze program budgets and estimates from participating organizations to provide direction for the overall development of all program budgets and integrated cost profiles.
    • Manage program level coordination, such as creating timelines, milestones, and cadence of increments and releases and oversee the development of reports and analyses that document program activity.
    • Participate with management and cross-functional teams as subject matter experts and be an advocate in adopting Agile and SAFe best practices and processes.
    • Act as a galvanizing force for sharing Agile and SAFe knowledge across the Value Stream.
    • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.

    Must have experience:

    • 10+ years of work experience with demonstrable proficiency in multiple disciplines / technologies / processes related to the position 
    • 5+ years of Progressive active project management experience along with managing teams and / or significant complex projects.
    • 3+ years of RTE / Agile Program Manager experience
