Duties & Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Market Analysis :Conduct supply ,market research based onbusinessrequirements and management strategies
• Identify potential qualified suppliers and submit market analysis reports .
• Supplier development : Lead the process for identifying, qualifying, auditing andonboarding new suppliers , including site evaluations and approval submissions .
• Strategic negotiation and cost control : Take charge of price negotiations , frameworkagreements and long term contract signings for bulk materials or strategic projectstoachieve strategic cost reductions
• Supplier strategy Management :Assist the procurement team in developing supplierclassification and management strategies while establishing and maintaining strategiccooperative relationships with key suppliers
• Support sourcing and supplier development for procurement projects suchas newproduct development , material substitution and localization initiatives .
• Ensuring the Quality and adoption rate of supply market analysis-reports aresubmitted on time .

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

• They must have a degree in Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply ChainManagement, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPS, CPSP, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3–5 years ina senioror managerial role
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
• Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure high accountability environment.
• Have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyandeffectively to customers.
• Must be Proficient in ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel. Having studied in China or graduated from a Confucius Institute is anaddedadvantage
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese + English is an added Advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies for various departments.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value productsinclude cartons ,Homopolymer , woven bags , PE bags , PE Breathable film.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies and ethical standards
• Coordinate with finance, stores, and user departments

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years relevant procurement experience
• Membership with CIPS or KISM will be an added advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) High level of integrity and professionalism
