Education and Professional Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Higher National Diploma in Ultrasound (mandatory).
• Valid professional practice license.

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform sonographic examinations producing images of high diagnostic quality. Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely delivery of ultrasonographic diagnostic services.
• Support optimal patient experience through quality care and efficient turnaround times.
• Actively contribute to departmental CME programs and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to protocols and standards for routine and special sonographic procedures Utilize PACS and radiology information systems effectively to support workflow.
• Champion patient-centred care and continuous quality improvement.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy radiology department.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences or equivalent training.
• Registered with the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiological examinations in line with hospital policies and imaging protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and equipment integrity through proper preparation and daily quality checks.
• Provide clear and accurate information to patients regarding imaging procedures. Monitor patient condition throughout imaging procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Liaise with clinicians to clarify imaging requests and prevent workflow errors.
• Enforce radiation safety measures to protect patients, staff, and the public from unnecessary exposure. Ensure timely availability of images to support prompt reporting and service delivery. Undertake other radiography- related duties as assigned.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 year experience in a busy radiology department.

Education and Professional Qualifications 

• Master of Medicine (Radiology & Imaging) from a CUE-recognized university.
• Fully licensed, registered, and retained by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
• Demonstrated expertise in MRI and advanced CT reporting across various subspecialties.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide diagnostic interpretation across multiple modalities including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Doppler, and Fluoroscopy.
• Perform radiology reporting and specialized imaging procedures in line with established clinical protocols.
• Implement SOPs and imaging standards to ensure high quality radiology services.
• Participate in the development and review of clinical pathways and imaging protocols. Support departmental and institutional quality assurance processes.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years post-specialization experience in a busy imaging department.
