The User Experience Designer is responsible for understanding business requirements, target capabilities, and end-user requirements and translating them into high-quality user experiences within platform constraints and technical limitations

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), cognitive science or a related field of study
• Three to five years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating experience of creating user-centered design solutions

Experience Requirements

• Experience working in collaborative teams and working directly with engineers to implement designs

• Experience in UX and digital software such as InVision, Sketch, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer etc. Experience working with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience in Visio, Axure, MS Office, Creative Suite
