As a Business Intelligence(BI) Analyst, you will play a key role to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools like Looker Studio and Tableau. This role involves gathering business requirements, creating dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience in data visualization, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders from both SENRI and client to gather and define BI requirements and align specifications.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or Tableau
• Optimize data models and queries to improve performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working with SENRI software engineers.
• Perform troubleshooting for BI-related issues, including data inconsistencies, dashboard performance, and report errors by working with SENRI software engineers.
• Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in a related field).
• Proven experience in BI analyst, consultant or developer such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SaaS analytics or B2B product analysis is a plus.
• Understanding of SQL and data modeling is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of an ERP Integration Module for our core product, SENRI. SENRI is an established SaaS product, and this module will enable seamless data connectivity between SENRI and ERP systems used by our clients. The Project Manager will oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical feasibility, and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for the ERP Integration Module development
• Define project scope and technical requirements with stakeholders of both SENRI and the clients
• Work closely with SENRI's Product Managers and Engineers to ensure alignment of integration specification and required modifications to the core product.
• Develop and manage projects timelines, priority and resources with monthly/quarterly basis
• Track project progress daily basis and manage priority of ad hoc tasks or troubleshooting
• Ensure quality and compliance with security of modules

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in a related field).
• Proven 3 years+ experience in project management for software development
• Experience managing API integration or ERP-related projects
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and C# is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
