    Executive Presentation & Strategic Document Specialist

    Our client, a leading multinational organisation, is seeking an experienced Executive Presentation & Strategic Document Specialist for a short-term assignment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming business insights, data and strategic inputs into a concise, compelling and visually impactful executive presentation suitable for senior leadership and Executive Vice President-level review.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop the overall storyline, structure and flow of the strategic presentation.
    • Synthesise commercial, market, category, channel, shopper and financial inputs into clear and compelling executive messages.
    • Develop a high-quality PowerPoint presentation incorporating strong visual hierarchy, charts, infographics and concise headlines.
    • Identify and articulate key business insights, implications, strategic choices, risks, recommendations and decisions required.
    • Work closely with senior stakeholders to gather information, challenge content where appropriate and align key messages.
    • Incorporate feedback from review sessions while maintaining consistency, accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Ensure all presentation content is logically structured, visually coherent and suitable for executive-level consumption.
    • Provide fully editable final files and organise supporting source materials for an effective handover.
    • Storyline and Framework: Executive narrative, section flow and core messages.
    • First Draft: Integrated strategic presentation based on available business inputs.
    • Leadership Review Version: Refined presentation incorporating consolidated feedback.
    • Final Executive Package: EVP-ready, fully editable PowerPoint presentation and concise executive summary.
    • Handover Package: Editable charts, visuals and well-organised supporting files.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven experience developing presentations for C-suite, Executive, Board or senior leadership audiences.
    • Strong strategic thinking, business writing, synthesis and executive storytelling skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including data visualisation, charting and infographic design.
    • Demonstrated ability to convert complex business information and data into clear executive-level messages.
    • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, commercial strategy or management consulting will be an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
    • Proven ability to work under tight timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed milestones.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

    Supply Chain Assistant-150K

    Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking to recruit a SCM Assistant to support effective inventory, procurement, warehousing and supply chain operations.

    The role will be responsible for monitoring supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and controls, analysing inventory data, supporting CAPEX management, and driving continuous improvement across supply chain operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor compliance with procurement, inventory, warehousing and asset management policies and procedures across operating companies.
    • Conduct quarterly compliance reviews, CCM audits and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) assessments.
    • Identify and investigate process deviations and coordinate implementation of corrective actions.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory analysis, reports and management insights.
    • Support delivery planning and supply chain activities for strategic partners.
    • Track deliveries, invoicing, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), move orders, capitalization and project closure activities.
    • Monitor CAPEX utilisation and outstanding/open purchase orders.
    • Prepare monthly CAPEX reports and analysis.
    • Analyse merchandise inventory movements and identify variances or trends.
    • Monitor goods-in-transit and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
    • Monitor repair and return processes and support end-of-life asset recovery initiatives.
    • Support compliance with Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) requirements and the organisation’s Code of Conduct.
    • Support training and sensitisation of suppliers, warehouse partners and internal stakeholders on supply chain processes and controls.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, process standardisation and continuous improvement across supply chain operations.
    • Prepare relevant reports and provide data-driven insights to support supply chain decision-making.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional qualification in Procurement/Supply Chain such as CIPS or equivalent will be an added advantage.
    • At least 2–4 years’ relevant experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics or a related environment.
    • Practical experience in inventory analysis, stock movement monitoring and supply chain reporting.
    • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain/procurement modules.
    • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present inventory and supply chain data.
    • Experience in monitoring purchase orders, deliveries, GRNs, invoicing and goods-in-transit.
    • Understanding of CAPEX tracking, asset management and supply chain controls.
    • Good understanding of procurement, warehousing and inventory management processes.
    • Experience in compliance monitoring, audits, risk assessments or process controls will be an advantage.
