    Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer

    Job Profile:

    • Server Infrastructure:
    • Designing, building, and managing server environments, including physical and virtual servers.
    • Administering and troubleshooting server operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).
    • Managing server hardware, including servers from various vendors.
    • Storage Management:
    • Designing, configuring, and managing storage solutions, including SANs and NASs.
    • Implementing and managing storage zoning, LUN provisioning, and volume management.
    • Troubleshooting storage-related issues.
    • Backup and Disaster Recovery:
    • Managing data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
    • Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
    • Virtualization:
    • Planning, deploying, and administering virtual environments using virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
    • Managing and optimizing virtual machines.
    • Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
    • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operation.
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
    • Learning new technologies and completing relevant certifications as and when required.

    Work Experience:

    • A Minimum of 4 years or More in managing and supporting heterogeneous virtual, storage, and compute environments.
    • Up to 5 years of proven experience in Storage administration (experience with IBM, Dell EMC, NetApp, or Huawei is a plus).
    • Up to 5 years of proven experience in Compute administration(experience with Lenovo/IBM/HP/Dell servers is a plus).
    • Up to 5 years of experience working with Linux, AIX, or Red Hat operating systems.

    Bid Executive

    General Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Proactively Engage the sales teams (Account/Product management) and frequently track the upcoming Bid/RFQ opportunities.
    • Manage Bid/RFP qualification (Bid go/ no go) process for new opportunities through different adverts in print media or email communication or any other form of media.
    • Timely procurement of Bid/RFP Documents and distributing the same to Account Management and product teams.
    • Closely work and effectively communicate with Sales team (Product and Account Management), Understand the work done (If any) by SYBYL and customer expectations (if any) as part of
    • Preparing and reviewing the BID IRFQ submission Documents (Administrative, technical and Commercial) with all the stake Holders related to that specific BID/RFQ.
    • Manage the Bid
    • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound
    • Must be and excellent communicator and team.

    Communication Skills:

    • Good oral and written communication preferred.
    • Good with MS Office – Word, Excel, and Ability to pay attention to detail

    Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant tjoin our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise in Oracle EBS development tools and a deep understanding of its functional modules. This role is critical in supporting, enhancing, and implementing Oracle EBS solutions tmeet our evolving business needs. The consultant will act as a bridge between business users and functional & technical teams, and ensuring the effective support of the EBS system, configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Oracle EBS environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Solution Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and implement solutions within Oracle EBS, including configurations, customisations, extensions, interfaces, and reports (CEMLI – Configurations, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations, Integrations).

    Technical Development:

    • Develop and modify Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and SQL queries.
    • Create and maintain Workflow customisations and Business Events.
    • Develop and manage Integrations with other systems using Oracle APIs, Web Services, and other integration methodologies.
    • Utilize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Forms Personalization for UI enhancements.
    • Develop Discoverer reports and other reporting solutions as required.

    Functional Configuration & Support:

    • Configure Oracle EBS modules based on business requirements.
    • Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for end-users.
    • Conduct functional testing (SIT, UAT) and support user acceptance testing.
    • Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation.

    System Maintenance & Performance:

    • Monitor system performance and perform tuning as needed.
    • Manage Oracle EBS patching, upgrades, and cloning activities in collaboration with DBA teams.
    • Ensure data integrity and security within the EBS environment.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical and functional design documents, test plans, user manuals, and other project-related documentation.
    • Project Management Support: Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, adhering tproject timelines and deliverables.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with IT colleagues, business users, external vendors, and consultants tensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
    • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant.
    • Proven experience in at least 2 t3+ full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations or major upgrade projects.
    • Strong functional knowledge of key Oracle EBS modules, such as:
    • Human Capital Management (HR, Payroll, SSHR) – Highly Desired
    • Supply Chain Management (PO, OM, INV, Warehouse management) – Highly Desired
    • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, CM)
    • Projects (PA)
