Agricultural Sales Manager at Complex Food Agro Limited

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow the ECORIC biofungicide and biofertilizer brand in Kenya
• Sell bio-inputs directly to farmers, focusing on flower farms and tea plantations
• Travel regularly to farms for product demonstrations, consultations, and sales
• Plan and execute targeted marketing and advertising campaigns
• Work with our international team to expand the reach of ECORIC products
• Collect feedback from farmers and distributors to improve service and strategy
• Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities

Requirements & Skills

• Proven sales experience is mandatory
• Background in agricultural sales (flowers, tea, or related crops) is a strong advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of crop protection and fertilizer products is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively to farms across Kenya
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• From 1 year of proven sales experience (agricultural sector preferred)
• Strong interest in agricultural products and bio-inputs
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready for frequent fieldwork
• Basic computer literacy (emails, reporting, MS Office)

Target Regions

We are looking for candidates based in or familiar with the main flower and tea farming regions of Kenya:
Nairobi, Kiambu, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Kericho, Nyandarua, Laikipia, Thika, Nanyuki, Kajiado, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu, Siaya, Migori, Homa Bay, Busia, Bungoma, West Pokot, Taita-Taveta, Makueni, Narok, Migori, Kisii, Baringo, Kakamega.
