    Growth Manager

    Growth Marketing

    • Manage the customer acquisition process through to onboarding by conceptualizing, deploying, and continuously optimizing marketing campaigns.
    • Effectively manage all digital assets to ensure optimal performance and customer experience.
    • Conduct granular, data-driven analysis and action planning to identify opportunities for improving campaign effectiveness, ensuring customer acquisition targets are met.
    • Drive higher lead conversion through strategic planning, understanding customer needs, and effectively presenting the product’s unique selling points (USPs) and brand attributes.
    • Consistently deliver ROI on customer acquisition marketing plans.
    • Develop a robust pipeline by crafting go-to-market strategies that align with tenant preferences and competitive positioning.
    • Manage go-to-market strategies for new products by proactively planning launch campaigns and delivering expected results.

    • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, optimizing resource allocation and strategy execution.
    • Bring in expertise to effectively utilize technology for gathering insights, managing the lead-to-conversion process, and improving internal systems, processes, and people capabilities.
    • Implement the latest marketing best practices to bring about transformational changes, optimizing campaign management and increasing ROI.
    • Create feedback loops to initiate improvements in the customer acquisition to onboarding process through constant engagement with property operations, finance, call centers, and IT.

    Team Leadership

    • Collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to build people capabilities, enhancing knowledge across various areas to meet business objectives.
    • Train yourself and others on the latest marketing trends, technological changes, and best practices to increase the overall effectiveness of the team’s performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support to help team members reach their professional goals.
    • Establish clear performance and Quality metrics and hold the team accountable for achieving them.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, digital marketing, or digital/tele-sales in a service industry.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, call center operations, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
    • Experience in conceptualizing, deploying, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Proven leadership skills.

    Chief Investments Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Actuarial Science or related field.
    • Master’s degree in related fields.
    • CFA charter holder required; additional professional certifications are an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in investment management, with at least 8 years in a senior investment leadership role.
    • Proven success in delivering consistent investment outperformance in African and global markets.
    • Strong understanding of asset management, portfolio construction, financial markets, and macroeconomic drivers.
    • Experience managing diverse investment products, including equities, fixed income, private markets, and alternatives.
    • Extremely strong business acumen.

    Portfolio Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Direct Oversight - Ensure strategic alignment and facilitate quicker data-driven investment decisions.  
    • Team Leadership- Leading three analysts, the Portfolio Manager will enhance research quality, strategy execution, and operational efficiency, addressing a critical leadership gap.  
    • Meeting Market Demands - Increasing client expectations for advanced investment strategies and robust risk management necessitates a dedicated portfolio management leader.  
    • Optimizing CIO Capacity - empowering the investment team and enabling the CIO to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
    • Enhanced Performance - Use advanced analytics to drive superior risk-adjusted returns and capitalize on market opportunities.
    • Improved Risk Management - Implement tools like daily Sharpe ratios, alpha generation, and Value at Risk (VaR) to refine risk mitigation and enhance portfolio resilience.  
    • Operational Efficiency - Streamline processes, allowing senior leadership to prioritize longterm strategic goals.
    • Scalable Decision - Making-Increase the investment team’s capacity for timely and effective decision-making, improving responsiveness to market dynamics.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related fields
    • 5 years of experience in investment management, including unit trusts and third-party mandates.
    • Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
    • Possess a strong foundation in portfolio management, leadership, matrix algebra, and compliance.
    • Progression towards CFA/CAIA and CISI Level 1 & 2 is highly desirable.
    • Investment qualifications from credible institutions such as the CFA Institute would be an advantage.
    • Demonstrated pursuit of professional qualifications such as the CFA /CPA II /ACCA II or equivalent will be an advantage.
    • Proficiency in investments software’s and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.  
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
    • Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
