    Responsibilities

    • Define the type of content relevant for a data centre and be able to generate engagement with our targeted audience
    • Select relevant communication channels where is the most likely to reach audience with a good return on investment
    • Propose opportunities to participate to or organize events
    • Manage the organization of events
    • Prepare a planning for communication activities and execute it in a timely manner
    • Track marketing budget and propose initiatives in line with the budgeted money.
    • Liaise with the people in the organization or outside able to support the production of relevant content (interview, tips…)
    • Propose formats for the production of content (emails, videos, PowerPoint, town halls…)
    • Support the production of content (image editing, video recording, overlay of text in videos)
    • Propose and execute the internal communication plan (content, themes, channels)

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
    • Masters in a relevant field will be an added advantage
    • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in B2B IT Services/data Centre/telco/network environment
    • Good understanding of Microsoft office applications
    • Search engine optimization knowledge
    • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and foster relationships
    • Creative thinking and ability to contribute to innovative ideas
    • Active on social media
    • Knowledge of video editing software
    • Interpersonal skills: have good listening skills, build strong relationships, be flexible/open-minded, negotiate effectively, solicit performance feedback and handle constructive criticism

    Digital Marketing Assistant – Beauty

    Responsibilities:

    • Content creation and management of social media, e-commerce platform/online shop (write and update images and texts to keep the platform up to date, relevant, and SEO optimized)
    • Drafting and executing digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Google (AdWords and organic search) and social media (Instagram, Facebook).
    • Create and manage organic search campaigns through SEO
    • Setting up and monitoring profitable pay-per-click advertising campaigns across different networks and platforms
    • Monitor and optimize conversion rates

    Financial Controller

    Role Objectives:

    The Financial Controller is responsible for oversight of all aspects of finance and accounting of the company. This includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Grower Accounting, Payroll, Company Ledgers, Banking, and Tax Accounting.
    Developing and implementing Finance SOPs, enforcing accounting best practices to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preparation of Budget, Business Plans, Financial Projections, and Working Capital Requirements. Forecasting of Financial needs and arranging funds on time. Ensure timely collection, payments, and optimum utilization of surplus funds. Rationalizing utilization of bank facilities.
    • Develop and prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly accounting reports, budgets, and forecasts for management to understand and review performance against goals,
    • Prepare standard, recurring, and adjustment journal entries for cash, A/R & A/P, inventory, prepaid and accrual expenses, payroll, financing activities, and support documentation for the general ledger system. Financial forecast, and risk analysis.
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. Maintain and control the charts of accounts
    • Conduct internal and external audit processes, Compliance with taxation. Taxation planning.
    • Prepare and provide proper financial information to the outside accounting firm for quarterly and year-end reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate with Operations Manager on all insurance policies, licenses, permits, and certifications, and make payments for each
    • Support the fundraising program of the company
    • Assist with the development of new policies, procedures, and workflow systems, and provide input for continuous improvement of accounting systems and execution.
    • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with other department team managers and members.

    Candidate Profile:

    • BSc or MBA in Accounts/Finance.
    • CPA Finalist or ACCA
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience as a Finance Controller/Finance Manager in the Food and Beverage industry / FMCG.
    • Ability to generate and communicate ad hoc financial reports.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Financial Management Software/Tally.
    • Self-motivated with good teamwork abilities.
