    IT Services & Operations Lead

    The IT Services and Operations Lead role is a business-facing role with a requirement for technical understanding, but more importantly, the ability to understand and communicate effectively with the business.  The role ensures effective and efficient delivery of new tech deployments, ongoing service, support, stability and compliance across their markets.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage local 3rd party technical service.
    • Ensure high standards of Digital & Technology (D&T) Technology Engagement (end user experience of D&T tools, services and processes) are maintained across all markets within the region.
    • Ensure financial management of BAU (business as usual)  AOP (annual operating plan) meets required standards of forecast accuracy and O&R reporting.
    • Ensure requests from initiatives requiring support are addressed in a timely manner by acting as an escalation point within the Kenya market for both users in the market requiring support from global teams, and also for global support teams requiring feedback / input from market or market users.
    • Ensure Information Management & Security (IM&S) agenda is followed and compliant within D&T scope at market level.

    Requirements

    • College/ University graduate level.
    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively and simply communicate technical concepts, solutions and implications in a business language.
    • Knowledge of general information security management.
    • Ability to build and maintain successful relationships across the business, D&T community and within the Technology Engagement (TE) team.
    • Good understanding of local business and processes for the markets (Kenya and Uganda)
    • Broad technical and functional knowledge on applications supporting the business (including various legacy applications) .
    • Good organizational, customer service and employee relation skills.
    • Self-directed and focused on a goal or end-state as opposed to specific tasks.
    • Strong problem solving planning/ organising, highly detail conscious.
    • Demonstrated experience in delivery of IT services under service framework (ITIL, COBIT).

    Automotive Sales Officer

    The Automotive Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of vehicles to prospective clients, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing suitable vehicle recommendations, and ensuring an outstanding buying experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities through showroom visits, cold calls, referrals, and online engagement.
    • Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, explaining features, specifications, and financing options.
    • Conduct test drives with prospective buyers and highlight key performance and safety features.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close vehicle sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and market trends.
    • Process sales documentation and coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to finalize sales.

    Material Planning Assistant(Supply Chain)- 60k

    Job Purpose

    The Material Planning Execution Support Planner will be assigned duties to support the material planning function in customer operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily Follow ups of Call offs whilst aligning on space & risks/opportunities. Lead the call off review sessions every week for the next week’s plan to align on space
    • Addressing Qty and expiry date discrepancies between physical & system with Clerks
    • Tracking expiry risks for all materials held at 3rd Party traders
    • Reconciling return POs to suppliers due to non-conformance
    • Championing business waste by tracking/managing transitions of PMs to delisting to minimize/remove write off risks
    • Reconcile the 1 PO for suppliers weekly for All Pack
    • In addition to the above requirements, the jobholder may be requested by the functional lead or line manager to champion additional performance areas within the unit.

    Logistics Assistant (60k)

    Job Purpose

    Ensuring logistics activities are conducted at exceptional service and optimal cost while working with the functional managers.

    Responsibilities

    • Support smooth operation in the inbound logistics process (Customs documentation, port clearance and delivery of both RM & FG to warehouse) to deliver high levels of Customer Service towards key stakeholders;
    • Deliver visibility of the import/export shipments situation and highlight any clearance risk to ensure efficient flow of FG and RMPM;
    • Prepare clearing and forwarding document ports of entry and ensure compliance with regulations as per the law;
    • Coordinate end to end warehouse processes i.e receiving, put away, warehousing, stock controls, dispatch, and distribution are done vs SOP;
    • Ensure compliance to warehouse safety and housekeeping standards as per policy;
    • Initiate, coordinate and enforce operational policies and standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse operations;
    • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the warehouse;
    • Monitor stock and reconcile with SAP system. Enforce a strict no scan no move policy;
    • Raise 3PL payments ensuring compliance to due P2P process;
    • Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and contracted 3PL transport providers to load/offload and dispatch finished and materials;
    • Ensure FEFO is strictly adhered to at the warehouse and regular ageing reports are shared; and
    • Supports in the stock count process.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field;
    • Working knowledge of supply chain management principles;
    • At least 1 year experience in Logistics
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    • Demonstrable organization skills; and
    • Quick learner with a positive attitude.

    Bank Due Dilligence Analyst

    • To conduct enhanced due diligence and analyse customers with respect to potential terrorist financing and money laundering related to bribery, corruption, and other predicate offences or other suspicious activity, based on System and Manual Alerts. This is essential to contribute to the assurance that business is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties, or reputational damage to the organisation.

    Responsibilities

    • Risk, Regulatory, Prudential & Compliance
    • Perform Enhanced Due Diligence review on high-risk customers within the bank in line with the existing processes. Identify deficiencies in client files and document them appropriately. Have quality engagements with business units to ensure missing documents are obtained from customers. Ensure that all necessary information is updated in bank’s systems such as core banking and data store systems.
    • Ensure CDD tracker is well updated with accurate review outcome. Help the bank identify potential money laundering and terrorist financing risks and escalate to Compliance team for further investigations.  
    • Identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and ensure all relevant information such as source of wealth information is obtained. Stay abreast of, identify and report / escalate on any new and emerging trends and typologies in the legislative and regulatory environment. Capture accurate and detailed analysis of High-Risk customers in Nice Actimize system.
    • Conduct daily analysis on all positively identified persons/entities in relation to manual and systems generated alerts of high-risk customers in line with Anti-Money Laundering Control (AML) procedures.
    • Analyse all matters relating to high-risk customers containing adverse information and escalate significant issues to line management for immediate action to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation.Perform periodic review of high-risk customers in line with the bank’s policies.Participate and contribute to team’s meetings and decisions.                
    • Technology & Architecture
    • Understand the banking source and target systems and interpret the output in the surveillance, investigation & analysis processes.                
    • Client
    • Execute client and stakeholder activities, both internal and external, in line with the agreed policies, procedures and service level agreements.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders & clients.Resolve queries regarding the analysis, information & reports         
    • Data
    • Gather all sufficient and appropriate information from all available sources to ensure thorough analytics can be conducted.Capture findings and conclusions in the required format and systems and prepare and submit outcomes as prescribed by relevant policies and procedures.Escalate all high-risk, complex and/or significant issues to the line manager to ensure these matters are dealt with timeously and as per the standards set out it in the relevant functional framework.
    • Store and manage all information and data on the required systems, in the required format and for the required duration as prescribed by the relevant data model and in adherence with the policies and procedures.Deliver on all the regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
    • Compile reports covering findings, conclusions, recommendations and to inform next steps. Analyse all information related to alerts and/or instructions received, via any method or form, to detect possible money laundering; terrorist financing; sanctions breaches and any other legislative breaches.  

    Requirements

    • A business related University degree
    • Professional course in anti-money laundering
    • At least 1-year experience in a financial institution especially in customer/enhanced due diligence is desirable.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to marketing teams and leadership to support strategic planning, and day-to-day operations. 

    Required Skills

    • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide solutions to business challenges. 
    • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Advanced Excel, Python, R, Google Analytics, and data visualization software
    • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
    • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross departmental teams
