    Compliance Officer

    Job Description

    1. Ensuring that the company’s operations and its employees adhere to the applicable laws and policies
    2. Providing audit information to management by researching and analyzing data, preparing reports, conducting risk assessments and enforcing corrective action where necessary.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Ensure due diligence is conducted on individual borrowers, companies, organizations, associations, partnerships and loan securities pledged by clients.
    • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
    • Research, develop, implement, maintain and monitor the compliance activities of the company
    • Ensure that each department of the organization follows all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Responsible for compliance audits and examinations, the dissemination and analysis of new or revised laws and regulations, research on compliance issues, compliance training, and their organization’s overall compliance policies and procedures.
    • Design internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the law both internal and external.
    • Constant communication with senior management where necessary to ensure the company is informed on regulatory issues and updates.
    • Advice, oversee and train staff on compliance procedures.
    • Monitor company policies and practices to ensure compliance is taking place
    • Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
    • Exercise due diligence and skill, integrity and safeguard company interests

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in law, risk management, or a related field.
    2. 2-3 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role preferably in a financial institution.
    3. Good knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements and procedures.
    4. Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
    5. Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
    6. Maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality
    7. Honest, diligent and trustworthy

    Disbursement Accountant (Analtical)

    This position reports to the General Manager

    Job Overview

    Responsible for;

    1. Tracking the company's financial performance, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts,
    2. Supporting company leadership to make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to company leadership
    • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
    • Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendations
    • Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
    • Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
    • Develop models that help with decision-making
    • Exercise due diligence and skill, integrity and safeguard company interests

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
    2. Proven experience in the financial industry.
    3. Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.

    5. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
    6. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Credit Risk Analyst 

    Responsibilities

    • Determine the creditworthiness of both existing and prospective customers
    • Examine financial transactions and credit history on a case-by-case basis (applications, balance sheets, bank statements, legal documents, etc.)
    • Carry out ratio, trend, and cash flow analysis
    • Generate sound projections that can be justified with data
    • Judiciously analyze data and create clear, objective reports—assessing risks and benefits involved
    • Comply with all credit policies and guidelines; regularly monitor loans for compliance
    • Continually observe corporate portfolio asset quality
    • Draft models that predict trends and patterns in the credit market
    • Practice due diligence

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, statistics, or related field
    • Significant work history as a credit analyst in a financial institution is strongly preferred
    • Exceptional analytical abilities
    • Commitment to remaining current on all legal, compliance, and market risk matters
    • Proven experience analyzing cash flow, leverage, collateral, and customer creditworthiness
    • Solid communication and presentation skills
    • Honest, diligent and trustworthy

    Credit Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Monitoring the loan book to ensure PAR and NPL are at set standards
    • Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management, detailing the status of all loans
    • Prepare and share loan repayment schedules with RM’s for collection
    • Assist in collection of loan repayments
    • Update senior management on total amount of loans approved, amount of loans unpaid, bad debt losses, PAR and NPL.
    • Formulate and implement solutions for loan repayment and collection from delinquent accounts
    • Comfortable working with numbers.

    Qualification

    1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant course.
    2. Basic accounting knowledge
    3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    5. Attention to detail
    6. Can work well with minimum error under pressure
