    Technical Assistant

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in technical tasks, including data analysis, research, and report preparation.
    • Conduct basic research and gather data from various sources.
    • Collaborate with team members on projects.
    • Apply logical thinking and analytical skills to solve problems and optimize processes.
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision.
    • Produce clear, well-organized written reports and documentation.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.

    Required Specifications

    • Bachelor of Education degree, with a focus on science or math background(preferred but not mandatory).
    • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
    • Research skills and experience in data collection and analysis.
    • Logical skills to support problem-solving and decision-making processes.
    • Writing skills for creating reports and technical documentation.
    • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and consistency.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

    Account Director (Advertising Practice)

    • The Account Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of the key account(s) to ensure that agreed deadlines and deliverables are met on time and within budget. The individual will lead day-to-day client engagements and also assist in closing new business opportunities across existing and new clients.
    • This role is for an entrepreneurial individual who seeks to work towards building and managing a portfolio of clients. You must be a strong strategic thinker with a “can-do attitude” , a passion for communications and leading teams to deliver great work.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    Client Service:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day client queries and support.
    • Oversee all client deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with various teams to facilitate effective communication and support.

    Creative Collaboration:

    • Partner with the creative team to deliver strategically sound, consumer/stakeholder-relevant, and award-winning work.

    Business Acumen:

    • Support revenue and account profitability in line with projections.
    • Manage client contracts and compile monthly activity reports.
    • Identify and capitalize on incremental business opportunities within existing accounts.

    Consulting & Strategy:

    • Support the Unit's Business Leader in providing strategic, crisis, and senior-level communications counsel.
    • Contribute to organic growth and new business opportunities.
    • Review and approve key client deliverables for quality assurance.

    People Management:

    • Supervise internal business teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and mentor junior team members to foster growth.
    • Train support team members on industry and client-specific information.

    External Engagement:

    • Participate in industry awards submissions and external presentations/seminars.
    • Collaborate with the Unit’s Business Leader in raising the profile of the business.

    Required Specifications

    • At least 7 years of industry or agency experience
    • Ability to draft high-client business briefs and reports
    • Experience in project management – developing, managing, tracking, resourcing, budgeting & measurement
    • Proven experience in client service or a similar leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of industry trends and specific insights.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
    • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Minimum - University degree from a recognized university. MBA and CIM Diploma is also desired
