- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Health Records, Nursing, or related fied
- Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in medical claims processing
- Proven experience handling SHA (Social Health Authority) claims
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized university in Kenya or equivalent
- Registration with the KMPDC.
- Valid Practicing License for the current year.
- Post-internship
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical practice in a busy hospital setting (mission, private, or level 4/5 public hospital).
- ACLS/BLS certification (valid). ATLS is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
