Job Summary 

• We are seeking a senior Head of Marketing & Communications to lead growth, brand, and reputation for a leading manufacturing company operating across East Africa. 
• This role is for a commercially minded, execution-focused leader who can translate manufacturing strategy into revenue, protect reputation in complex industrial and regulatory environments, and position the company as a trusted, tech-enabled manufacturing partner to governments, NGOs, and enterprises. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead marketing and communications strategy aligned to business growth targets. 
• Drive demand generation and pipeline support in partnership with Sales. 
• Own the company’s brand, narrative, and market positioning. 
• Lead digital marketing, performance tracking, and analytics. 
• Design and deliver high-impact events, briefings, and thought leadership. 
• Support regional teams with scalable marketing playbooks. 
• Build and lead a disciplined, high-performing marketing team. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Senior marketing and communications leadership experience (B2B, manufacturing, or industrial sectors). 
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting revenue growth. 
• Confident communicator. 
• Experience in crisis communications or high-pressure environments. 
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and performance metrics. 
• Ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures.

Job Summary 

• Our client in the Security Industry is seeking to recruit an operations Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising daily security operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety and protection of client’s assets and premises. The Operations Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety procedures, incident responses, and high standards of vigilance. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee and coordinate security guards across assigned posts.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure full coverage of shifts.
• Document and report incidents accurately and promptly.
• Conduct security briefings and train guards on protocols, emergency responses, and customer service.
• Ensure guards understand post orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Submit daily, weekly, and incident reports to management
• Respond to client inquiries, complaints, or service issues promptly
• Address operational issues as they arise and escalate complex problems when necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Diploma/Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in security operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent observational and analytical abilities
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
