Key Purpose Statement 

The Process Operator (Syrup room) is responsible for operation of the process area according to work Instructions, execution of destructive and non-destructive quality checks and carrying out autonomous maintenance. The Process Operator (Syrup room) has a primary focus on quality control activities of the team. This role reports to Quality Assurance Technologist

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manufacturing of high quality final syrups under high GMP standards.
• Syrup release upon meeting specification.
• Ensuring adherence to KORE and regulatory requirements in syrup operations.
• Participating in continous improvement initiatives.
• Initiating RCA for deviations or non-conforming processes and products.
• Be Involved in all supply chain practices applicable to level 1.
• Stock Management for Inventory in Syrup room.

Skills, Experience & Education    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Food Science and Technology or Biochemistry or Chemistry or Microbiology or any related course.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position in an FMCG

Key Purpose Statement 

The Prime Mover Driver is responsible for safely moving stock between CCBA manufacturing plants, distribution centres and customers on time and in full. This role reports to Distribution Team leader.

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

• Hauling of bulk stock (Primary Distribution) between Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centres / Local Distribution Partners and OCCD’s
• Delivery of stock (Secondary Distribution) to Direct Delivery customers and OCCD’s
• Providing professional and efficient customer service to the Internal and external customers
• Conducting and Compiling necessary invoicing to ensure that all delivery documents are correct and checked.
• Taking full accountability of the allocated truck, mobile device, stock and pallets on truck
• Co-coordinating and receiving customer Invoices.
• Performing daily stock counts in an accurate and prompt manner.
• Complying with security checks and procedures
• Management and supervision of the crew on the truck

Skills, Experience & Education    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Form 4 certificate (KCSE)
• Valid and applicable driver’s license Special type - ART
• Valid Professional Drivers Permit (Country Specific)
• Prepared to work fixed shifts at a specific time of day / days of the week

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior distribution driving experience
