Project Presenter & Digital Content Creator at Prestige Bluestar Holdings Ltd

About the Role

• Prestige Bluestar is looking for a confident, creative and articulate Project Presenter & Digital Content Creator to become the on-camera face of our renovation and interior finishing projects.
• The successful candidate will visit ongoing and completed projects, present professional walkthroughs, document transformations and create engaging social media content that showcases our workmanship, expertise and project delivery.
• We are looking for someone who can confidently stand before a camera, communicate naturally, tell compelling stories and transform real projects into content that attracts potential clients.

This is a hands-on, field-based presentation and content production role, not simply a social media administration position.

• Visit active and completed projects to record professional video walkthroughs.
• Present renovation and interior finishing projects, explaining design concepts, materials, finishes and transformations.
• Document before-and-after results, installation processes and project milestones.
• Explain technical aspects of interior finishing in simple, engaging language.
• Conduct short interviews with clients, designers and project teams where appropriate.
• Represent Prestige Bluestar professionally in promotional videos and company activities.

Video Production & Content Creation

• Plan, film and edit high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, project tours, testimonials and educational content.
• Develop engaging scripts, opening hooks, captions, voiceovers and calls to action.
• Capture professional project photography and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Maintain high standards of video quality, sound, lighting, editing and branding.
• Organize and maintain a structured project media library.

Social Media & Brand Promotion

• Develop and execute a consistent social media content calendar.
• Create content highlighting Prestige Bluestar\'s core services, including:
• Complete interior finishing
• Home renovations and remodelling
• Gypsum ceilings and architectural lighting
• Premium painting and decorative finishes
• Flooring and tiling
• Bathroom renovations
• Feature walls and interior detailing
• Office and commercial fit-outs
• Develop educational content that builds customer confidence and demonstrates technical expertise.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create content that generates qualified enquiries.
• Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers to schedule filming at appropriate project stages.
• Verify technical details before publishing.
• Obtain necessary client and management approvals for filming and publication.
• Ensure all content reflects the company\'s professional standards.
• Meet agreed filming, editing and publishing deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in on-camera presentation, content creation, videography or digital storytelling.
• Excellent spoken English and Kiswahili.
• Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Confidence and a natural presence in front of the camera.
• Ability to independently film and edit professional videos.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to write compelling captions and promotional scripts.
• Interest in interior design, renovation, architecture or construction.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Kenya.
• Ability to commence employment immediately.
• A diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated talent, creativity and a strong portfolio will carry more weight than academic qualifications alone.
