    Social Media & Content Creation Intern

    Role Overview

    • As a Social Media Intern, you will collaborate with different teams to create engaging content, manage online communities, and help strengthen the organization’s digital presence across various platforms. You will play a key role in communicating our mission, showcasing our impact, and increasing audience engagement through innovative and compelling storytelling.
    • The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable thinking creatively, taking initiative, and bringing fresh ideas that align with our brand and values. Strong communication skills, content creation abilities, and a “get it done” attitude will be essential for success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Lead the design of visually appealing graphics using Adobe Achieve monthly sales objectives
    • Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/CapCut)
    • Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the social media calendar, ensuring posts are drafted and scheduled for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.
    • Collaboration: Support the marketing team in launching new campaigns and covering live events.
    • Reporting: Track weekly metrics and analyze data to scale engagement across all platforms
    • Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Recent graduate or final year student in Communications, Marketing, PR, Film, or a related field
    • Bubbly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
    • Excellent written English with a knack for writing catchy and professional captions.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
    • Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
