    About the Roles & Key Responsibilities (Teaching Positions)

    • Work closely with the School Director and Founding Head Teacher to implement the CBE curriculum, including the preparation of schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching strategies.
    • Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that inspires curiosity, creativity, and academic growth.
    • Monitor and assess student progress through daily and termly evaluations, offering constructive feedback to learners and parents.
    • Promote inclusivity, equality, and respect for all students regardless of gender, background, or ability.
    • Maintain open, professional, and supportive communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.

    Ideal Candidate Profiles

    • P1 Teacher with at least 5 years of experience.
    • Degree and CBE Upgrade will be an added advantage.
