Key Responsibilities

• Content Writing: create engaging, high-quality Norwegian content for digital platforms.
• Translation: translate and localize content from English into Norwegian, ensuring accuracy and natural readability.
• Editing & Proofreading: review content for grammar, consistency, and tone of voice.
• Brand Consistency: ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication style.
• Content Collaboration: work with the marketing team to deliver content accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Language: native-level Norwegian writing skills and excellent English comprehension.
• Experience: experience in translation, or localization. content writing,
• English Writing: ability to write English at a native level is a strong advantage.
• Additional Languages: knowledge of Swedish, Danish, or other languages we operate in is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
• Organization: able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Availability: minimum 20 hours per week, preferably more.

Key Responsibilities

• Client engagement and booking - Engage with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls to manage inquiries, bookings, itineraries and payments
• Quotations & Pricing - Prepare and review proposals, negotiate rates with suppliers, and ensure accurate pricing room configurations.
• Reservations: Coordinate accommodation, flights, vehicles, and activities; confirm bookings and document client requests
• Quality Assurance- prepare client briefings, verify daily movement files and confim all bookings and supplier invoices are accurate
• Customer Support - Provide emergency assistance during travel, manage complaints and refunds and support the sales team with information

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in travel and tourism or similar field
• 2-3 years experience, as a tour consultant in Kenya
• Good knowledge of African tourism destinations, safari activities, and local and international travel requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and independent work ethic.
• Other destination knowledge is an added advantage.
