PURPOSE:
The ICT Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in safeguarding our digital assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing our overall security strategy. You will leverage your expertise in risk assessment, threat analysis, and security technologies to protect our organization in an ever-evolving threat landscape
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Risk Management & Assessment
- Spearhead quarterly risk assessments across IT infrastructure
- Identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain and optimize our ICT risk control register
Security Monitoring & Incident Response
- Lead proactive network monitoring using advanced tools
- Investigate and respond to security alerts with urgency
- Contribute to our incident response planning and execution
Threat Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging cyber threats
- Translate complex threat data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement preventative measures
Compliance & Policy Development
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the evolution of our security policies
- Conduct regular ICT compliance attestations and reporting
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver compelling risk assessment presentations to leadership
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive security awareness initiatives across the organization

Academic and Professional Requirements
- Education Bachelor’s Degree Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Professional Qualification CISSP, CISA, or CRISC required; CEH or OSCP is desirable

PURPOSE:
The position entails driving revenue growth and expanding new business in the Retirement Benefits Department by championing sales in CIC Jipange Plus Personal. Retirement Scheme and CIC Umbrella Retirement Scheme. The goal is to meet the set annual budgets by strategically developing assigned markets and intermediary channels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the Pension Distribution Channels to ensure the objectives are met.
- Ensure growth of the pension business through new acquisitions of Umbrella Schemes, individual pension plans and NSSF Tier II contracting out in line with the set targets/budgets
- Leadership: Strengthen the leadership of the Retirement Benefit Advisors team through recruitment and retention of high calibre Retirement Benefit Advisors.
- Drive the performance of the R.B.A team by keeping abreast of market competition, industry practices and best practices to constantly improve on overall business performance and to ensure the department is productive.
- Create and maintain cordial business relationships with administrators, schemes and intermediaries.
- Performance Management: Lead the R.B.A team and ensure alignment to the business goals and objectives through undertaking periodic reporting of sales performance and monitoring of the P&L.
- Ensure performance appraisals are undertaken in a timely manner.
- Implementation of Client Relationship Management best practice to drive business goals.
- Managing an efficient sales cycle (sales pipeline) and value-based service cycle to drive the business goals for retirement benefits distribution channels.
- Account Service Plan – client/intermediary visits, policy documentation, credit control, claims management, SLA’s etc.
- Log all channels feedback that is aimed at identifying new business potential and benchmarking of market prices.
- Ensure that proper management of accurate, quality and timely business reports from the retirement benefits Distribution Channels and use these to compile channels reports for review by management
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities/threats that are presented by such activities.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

PURPOSE:
Responsible for ensuring CIC account receivable are reconciled and signed off with the respective intermediaries and clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for meeting targets in monthly receivables and keeping bad debt to a minimum.
- Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtor’s DSO; Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team.
- Clients and intermediary visitation, calls and emails chasing from debtors.
- Liaise with sales Managers regarding overdue/disputed accounts
- Disputes review on a weekly basis with escalation to GCFO as appropriate.
- Dealing with overdue accounts that have gone into dormant including liaising with third party recovery agencies.
- Liaison with underwriting and claims department for closure of reconciling items
- Resolution of recon items and ensure closure
- Monthly sign –off of the intermediary balances with the respective debtors
- Preparation of debt reconciliation monthly reports to be table to credit control strategy committee.
- Responding to relevant client and intermediary’s enquiries; Processing and reconciliation of invoices; Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems.

- Certifications in credit control is an added advantage
