    Senior Manager, Internal Consulting

    About the role

    • As Senior Manager, Internal Consulting, you’ll lead this new team from the ground up.
    • You’ll build systems, lead projects, and develop a small but mighty team of two Associates (and growing).
    • You’ll scope and deliver cross-functional projects that strengthen the foundation for scale—whether testing operating models for expansion, improving core internal systems, or partnering with leadership to solve strategic bottlenecks.
    • You’ll think like a management consultant but act like an operator: comfortable moving from frameworks and data to field realities and follow-through.

    What you’ll do

    • You’ve managed people and projects and enjoy both.
    • You have 5-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, engineering, or similarly analytical roles in fast-paced, client-service environments.
    • You’re confident shifting between doing and leading: building analyses one day and coaching your team the next.
    • You have strong organizational and communication skills; you can synthesize information for any audience.
