Role Summary
KOKO is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Leadership Training Facilitator to join our People team. This role focuses on delivering impactful leadership development sessions to our Managers and Leaders, helping to strengthen our leadership pipeline and organizational culture.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for leadership development, strong facilitation skills, and a proven background in management education or training. You'll be responsible for delivering our leadership training program.
You'll begin by attending a 2-day onboarding and training program. Afterward, you will shadow and co-facilitate sessions with current facilitators. For the right candidate, there may be scope for a longer-term engagement based on performance and business needs.
