    Leadership Training Facilitator (Part-Time)

    Role Summary

    KOKO is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Leadership Training Facilitator to join our People team. This role focuses on delivering impactful leadership development sessions to our Managers and Leaders, helping to strengthen our leadership pipeline and organizational culture.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for leadership development, strong facilitation skills, and a proven background in management education or training. You'll be responsible for delivering our leadership training program.

    You'll begin by attending a 2-day onboarding and training program. Afterward, you will shadow and co-facilitate sessions with current facilitators. For the right candidate, there may be scope for a longer-term engagement based on performance and business needs.

    What You Will Do

    • Facilitate delivery of KOKO’s Leadership Training Program to cohorts of managers and leaders.
    • Support the ongoing development and iteration of training materials to reflect cultural nuances, and learner needs.
    • Prepare session content, materials, and delivery plans in collaboration with KOKO’s People team.
    • Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess training impact and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to integrate specialized modules and refresher sessions.
    • Identify and surface leadership skill gaps and make recommendations for future learning interventions.

    What You Will Bring

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management education, business consulting, or corporate training (required).
    • Demonstrated experience in facilitating leadership or professional development programs with strong references.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong group facilitation skills across varying levels of leadership.
    • Confidence and presence to engage effectively with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
    • High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences.
    • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills.
    • Comfortable with using technology for virtual training, feedback collection, and record-keeping (e.g. Google Meet, Google Workspace etc).

    Assistant Manager, Brand Management

    Your Role

    • You will contribute to both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring that initiatives are effectively implemented. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Brand Management Manager, with a key emphasis on but not limited to, Digital, Above-the-Line (ATL), and Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing activities, along with handling various day-to-day administrative and operational duties.

    What You Will Do

    Planning & Production: Design to Win

    • Support the development and production of marketing campaigns for ATL, Digital & BTL activities.
    • Support the Manager in budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines for campaigns.
    • Work with creative teams to develop compelling content and branding materials.
    • Ensure all branding materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
    • Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

    Execution: Bring Marketing Plans to Life

    • Manage the execution &  implementation of Digital, ATL, and BTL marketing campaigns ensuring consistency across selected channels
    • Liaise with media & creative  agencies to ensure seamless execution.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in full, within budget & meet brand standards.
    • Assist in organising and managing promotional events, activations with Channel Marketing.
    • Monitor campaign execution addresses any operational challenges.

    Tracking: Data into Actionable Insights

    • Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives by managing timelines, budgets, and agency relationships.
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness. 
    • Prepare regular reports showing key trends ,insights and progress vs campaign metrics such as reach ,ROI ,fuel sales & engagement.
    • Prepare post-campaign evaluations assessing success vs objectives set & provide actionable recommendations.
    • Maintain a knowledge hub of campaign performance & closeout reports for future reference and strategy refinement.

    Collaboration 

    • Collaborate & Engage with internal partners to ensure alignment and execution of all planned initiatives. 
    • Collaborate & Engage with external partners, including creative agencies, media planners
    • Work closely with marketing managers and leadership team.

    Stewardship

    • Assist in the management of marketing campaign budgets, tracking expenses &  ensure adherence to cost control guidelines.
    • Additional responsibilities that contribute to cross-functional initiatives may be assigned as needed to support the business.

    What You Will Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • 4-5 years of experience in either FMCG ,experiential marketing & research.
    • Strong execution experience ,project management, attention to detail &  ability to coordinate with teams.
    • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
