    Leadership Training Facilitator (Part-Time)

    Role Summary

    KOKO is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Leadership Training Facilitator to join our People team. This role focuses on delivering impactful leadership development sessions to our Managers and Leaders, helping to strengthen our leadership pipeline and organizational culture.

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for leadership development, strong facilitation skills, and a proven background in management education or training. You'll be responsible for delivering our leadership training program.

    You'll begin by attending a 2-day onboarding and training program. Afterward, you will shadow and co-facilitate sessions with current facilitators. For the right candidate, there may be scope for a longer-term engagement based on performance and business needs.

    What You Will Do

    • Facilitate delivery of KOKO’s Leadership Training Program to cohorts of managers and leaders.
    • Support the ongoing development and iteration of training materials to reflect cultural nuances, and learner needs.
    • Prepare session content, materials, and delivery plans in collaboration with KOKO’s People team.
    • Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess training impact and recommend improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to integrate specialized modules and refresher sessions.
    • Identify and surface leadership skill gaps and make recommendations for future learning interventions.

    What You Will Bring

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management education, business consulting, or corporate training (required).
    • Demonstrated experience in facilitating leadership or professional development programs with strong references.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong group facilitation skills across varying levels of leadership.
    • Confidence and presence to engage effectively with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
    • High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences.
    • Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and collaboration skills.
    • Comfortable with using technology for virtual training, feedback collection, and record-keeping (e.g. Google Meet, Google Workspace etc).
