    Business Analyst

    Key responsibilities will include, amongst others, the following:

    • Analyze current medical digital application processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
    • Improve training and operational procedures within Project team to increase efficiency and productivity
    • Create and present reports to Project team members to support recommendations
    • Oversee implementation project from beginning to completion
    • Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
    • Collates statistical information in predetermined formats or formats developed by the individual.
    • Extracts data from various internal and external sources and integrates data accordingly to meet project objectives
    • Performs data manipulation and descriptive/ exploratory data analysis
    • Performs data quality checks, validates results and implements solutions to support project requirements
    • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders appropriately to achieve desired outcomes
    • Required to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations to the business.
    • Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality.
    • Work with a team of software designers to design applications that can be used as part of business need

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

    • MUST have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience or Master’s with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science or related subjects.
    • 1 to 3 years experience of data analysis in the insurance services
    • Experience in Medical Insurance will be an added advantage
    • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
    • Good Communication skills and excellent stakeholder engagement at various levels
    • Simplifying and communicating complex information

    Senior Programme Officer

    Responsibilities

    1. Assist in developing and executing annual work plans and budgets
    2. Provision of technical and operational support to cross-functional teams including program partners & stakeholders 
    3. Supports the creation of strategic partnerships and implementation of financial sustainability plans 
    4. Carries out research to support program work
    5. Monitor, track and deliver on program outputs/outcomes
    6. Generate and provide support for the development of reports, activity reports and program documents
    7. Manage program logistics such as procurement and travel
    8. Lead and coordinate programme support staff 
    9. Serve as secretary to meetings and follow up on program communication with the department, ED’s office, partners and stakeholders
    10. Other duties as assigned to you

    Skills and experience

    • Experience in programming work. This includes experience working with communities, national/sub-national governments and multiple stakeholders.  
    • Experience in managing projects end to end. This includes budget development, stakeholder engagement, event planning and monitoring and evaluation.. 
    • Experience developing funding proposals and managing grants
    • Experience carrying out research is an added advantage

    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

    Qualifications

    • MUST have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years’ experience or Master’s with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Social Science, Statistics, Public Administration or related  fields.
