Responsibilities

• Computer literacy and familiarity with standards Microsoft office application including MS Project and Engineering computer applications, for example AUTOCAD.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented On-Site Technical Landscape Architect / Construction Architect with expertise in landscape construction, hardscape detailing, and coordination with construction teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscape construction activities for a new civic plaza, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and resolving on-site technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

Landscape & Hardscape Execution:

• Oversee and ensure proper implementation of landscape and hardscape elements as per design drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper execution of hardscape details, including pavement finishes, sublayers, joints, edging, and planter sublayer components.
• Supervise and verify the correct tree settings and planter sublayer placement.
• Ensure proper irrigation system installation and integration with landscape elements.

Technical Supervision & Coordination:

• Coordinate with construction teams to implement designs correctly and resolve on-site design modifications.
