    Sales Executives

    Scode ltd is a for profit social enterprise that focuses on designing, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of renewable and cleaner energy solutions. Scode ltd envisions itself to be the market leader in the production and distribution of renewable and cleaner energy products and service. The current product portfolio includes Electric cooking appliances, Improved cookstoves for households and institutions, solar home systems, solar lanterns, solar dryers, biogas plants for households and institutions and consultancy services. 

    Scode Ltd is looking for dynamic & Self-driven sales Executives to join our growing team in Nakuru County; Successful candidates will be based in the following areas; Nakuru Town East, Nakuru Town West, Molo, Bahati, Gilgil, Naivasha, Njoro & Rongai.

    Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities

    • Actively market & sell Pawapot Electric Pressure Cookers to households, institutions, business community, health facilities, cooperative societies, Saccos etc.
    • Meet, exceed individual & team sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned area.
    • Manage and administer schedules for business service areas.
    • Prepare regular sales reports & feedback to management.
    • To provide quality services to clients.
    • Conduct product demonstration and thoroughly educate customers on the benefits of clean cooking.

    You are the right candidate if;

    • You are passionate about making a difference to urban & peri urban families, professionals, business community among others and excited about working in diverse multicultural environment.
    • You are willing to live and work in the area[s] highlighted.
    • You have excellent communication skills including verbal & written communication in both English and Kiswahili.
    • You are passionate, self-driven, highly organized and able to operate independently towards organization’s set targets.
    • You value ownership and freedom in exchange of accountability & responsibility
    • You are adaptable to intensive on the job training.
    • Active sales experience with MFIs, NGOs or Social Impact Organizations/ Previous sales and credit experience is desirable.
    • You have Higher education Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Relevant Course
    • You are self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
