Sales and Administration Executive at Mwalimu Asset Management Limited

The Sales and Administration Executive will be responsible for generating sales and revenue through effective marketing and sale of land and property developments. The position involves identifying prospective buyers, conducting site visits, negotiating transactions, and closing deals in line with company objectives. The role also includes management of the company’s social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and maintain engagement with potential clients. Lastly, ensuring office operations efficiency and compliance to the established company policies.

Key qualifications include;

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing, preferably in land sales.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management will be a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, legal conveyancing processes, and title documentation in Kenya.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
