    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms. 
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance and search visibility.  
    • Manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including PPC, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. 
    • Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic website rankings and traffic growth. 
    • Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content and campaigns across various platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite. 
    • Track and analyze key marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS. 
    • Generate detailed marketing performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. 
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 
    • Support email marketing initiatives including campaign setup, automation workflows, audience segmentation, and reporting. 
    • Conduct market and trend research to identify new growth opportunities and emerging digital marketing strategies. 
    • Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve lead generation and customer engagement. 
    • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and advertising platform updates. 
    • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives. 
    • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

    Key Competencies / Skills

    • Experience in campaign execution for international clients 
    • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance metrics 
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot 
    • Ability to operate across time zones in fast-paced environments 

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEM, or Performance Marketing roles.

    Mechanical Engineer - Estimator

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer – Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service projects while supporting service operations using Field Service Management (FSM) software . The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and be comfortable working with technology and estimating platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service work.
    • Use  FSM software to manage estimates, work orders, and customer records.
    • Review service requests and estimate labor, materials, and project costs.
    • Coordinate with field technicians to gather job information and ensure estimate accuracy.
    • Support dispatch and scheduling of technicians when required.
    • Monitor and update estimates, work orders, and project documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams regarding project progress.
    • Identify opportunities to improve estimating and service operations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service operations.
    • Experience preparing cost estimates, quotations, or service estimates.
    • Experience using  Field Service Management (FSM) software is highly preferred.
    • Experience with estimating, dispatch, or service management software.
    • Strong understanding of residential or commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Added Advantage

    • Experience using  similar Field Service Management (FSM) platforms.
    • Experience in estimating and dispatching for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service businesses.
    • Knowledge of labor costing, material pricing, and project estimation.
    • Experience coordinating field technicians and service schedules.
    • Comfortable working with cloud-based business systems and multiple technology platforms.

    Plumbing Estimator

    We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive plumbing estimates for commercial construction projects using QuickPlumb software. This role involves reviewing project drawings and specifications, performing material and labor takeoffs, obtaining supplier and subcontractor pricing, and developing comprehensive bid proposals.

    The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction estimating, and project costing, with the ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting strict submission deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare detailed and accurate plumbing estimates using QuickPlumb estimating software.
    • Review project blueprints, specifications, and contract documents to determine project scope and requirements.
    • Perform accurate material, labor, and equipment quantity takeoffs.
    • Solicit, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
    • Develop complete project budgets, cost estimates, and bid proposals.
    • Identify value engineering opportunities to improve project competitiveness while maintaining quality standards.
    • Maintain and update current pricing databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers during project handover to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to execution.
    • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client meetings when required.
    • Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and submitted within established bid deadlines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve estimating processes and cost accuracy.
    • Stay current with plumbing codes, industry standards, and market pricing trends.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing estimating, preferably within commercial construction projects.
    • Proven proficiency with QuickPlumb Estimating Software.
    • Strong ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications.
    • Excellent understanding of plumbing systems, installation methods, construction practices, and applicable plumbing codes.
    • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple estimating projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience estimating healthcare, education, multifamily residential, industrial, or institutional projects.
    • Knowledge of BIM, Revit, or digital plan takeoff software.
    • Previous field experience in plumbing installation or construction is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with construction procurement and subcontractor management.
