KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate workshop team

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in soft furnishings or home textiles
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of sewing/production processes
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cut, stitch and finish various soft furnishings (duvets, bedsheets, curtains, cushion covers, etc.)
• Follow production specifications and quality standards
• Work efficiently to meet set targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a tailor (preferably in soft furnishings)
• Proficiency in single and double needle machine
• Proficiency in overlock machine
• Good sewing and finishing skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
