    • Perform professional clothing alteration, repair, and tailoring services to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
    • Execute a range of alteration services, including resizing, hemming, mending, replacing buttons, and other garment adjustments.

    Concurrent Servicing Supervisor / Vent Monitor

    Job Responsibilities

    • The Concurrent Servicing Supervisor / Vent Monitor is responsible for overseeing and monitoring concurrent aircraft servicing operations in accordance with U.S. Navy, Department of Defense, and aviation safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising fueling and servicing activities conducted simultaneously with other aircraft maintenance or cargo operations to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
    • The Vent Monitor ensures proper ventilation is maintained during fueling operations, monitors vapor levels, and verifies that all safety equipment and grounding procedures are in place.     MWR Senior Accountant

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The MWR Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing and managing accounting functions and financial reporting for Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) operations. This individual ensures compliance with regulatory standards and Navy requirements and upholds a strong focus on customer service and administrative excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Preparing and maintaining a comprehensive accounting calendar that identifies the date of the end of each accounting month.
    • Generating and submitting financial reports—including reports from systems such as SAP, FoodTrak, Micros, and AIMS—in accordance with CNIC schedule requirements for monthly and annual financial book closings.
    • Preparing Uniform Funding Management Memorandum of Agreement (UFM MOA) billing by consolidating and reporting accumulated expenses by expense elements, with supporting documentation on Form 1034 (Public Voucher for Purchases and Services Other than Personal), in accordance with the AIMS User's Handbook.
    • Ensuring compliance with Navy guidance under CNICINST 1710.3—Operation of MWR Programs, Chapter 1, Section 114, for all related accounting operations.
    • Handling revenue tracking, expense allocation, and other financial management activities necessary for MWR program success.
    • Ensuring customer service excellence by participating in and applying training equivalent to the Navy’s MWR Star Service, Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations (AECR) program.
    • Ensuring the proper management of hazardous materials, including adherence to required procedures for handling and storage, and maintaining current CPR certification.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant accounting or financial management experience in a leadership or senior accounting role.

    • Proven experience in preparing financial reports and managing billing requirements in accordance with federal regulations, such as the AIMS User’s Handbook.

    Swimming Instructor

    Job Responsibilities

    • The Swimming Instructor is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and instruction activities associated with an 82-foot-long by 63-foot-wide by 12-foot-deep swimming pool. This position ensures the safety of patrons, compliance with Navy guidelines, and delivery of high-quality swimming programs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Facility Operation and Maintenance:

    • Operating and maintaining the swimming pool in accordance with NAVMED P-5010-4, NAVSUPPFAC instructions, CNICINST 1710.3, and other applicable Navy instructions and manuals.
    • Ensuring pool cleanliness, proper filtration, and water quality through regular monitoring and maintenance.
    • Inspecting pool equipment and addressing any maintenance concerns or coordinating repairs in a timely manner.
    • Enforcing all Navy and local safety guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe swimming environment for all patrons.

    Swimming Instruction and Safety:

    • Monitoring and supervising swimmers to prevent accidents and provide lifesaving interventions when necessary.
    • Educating pool users on proper pool safety protocols, including rules for behavior, emergency response actions, and safety equipment use.

    Automotive Body Repairer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
    • Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
    • Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
    • Notifies management of any additional repairs needed.

    Telephone System Installer / Technician

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure, and maintain telephone systems, cables, equipment, and related infrastructure to provide reliable communication services.

    Safety Specialist

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Safety Program in compliance with established safety regulations.
