Project Manager Job Responsibilities
Perform and ensure that the Project Management Lifecycle of any given project is completed i.e. Business development, Project Initiation, Requirements gathering &Planning, Deployment & Testing, Pilot and Closure
Proactively identify and re-assess the required decision making, problem solving and/or evolving changes in the project as the demand/ situation progresses
Manage stakeholders’ expectations on the respective project’s investments, requirements, performance and deliverables
Identify and analyze the respective project’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action
Participate actively in business development in the related projects and industry
Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work
Monitoring project progress and performance
Must maintain project IT related documentation and updates
Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications for the Project Manager Job
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecommunication Engineering
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Project Manager preferably in FINTECH (Financial Technology) field
Certified or undergoing certification in Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2)
Experience in using Project Management Tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) to implement and monitor respective projects and deliverables
Experience in managing projects that require coding/software development
Experience in managing and monitoring projects effectively and efficiently, resulting in the successful implementation, timely reporting and analysis, and profitability of the respective projects especially in the software development life cycle
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Farm Manager Job Responsibilities
Ensure pig products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
Ensure that farm activities comply with government regulations
Monitor animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets
Maintaining a knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them
Ensure health and safety standards across the farm estate are followed
Arranging the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
Ensuring productive and engaged production team by employing suitable and acceptable human resources practices
To ensure attainment of plans that support strategic direction by developing, implementing and evaluation of the business plans, operating budgets and strategic plans from time to time
To safeguard both company’s physical and intangible assets by instituting proper internal control systems and procedures
To ensure the Directors are informed on the animals performance through provision of quality periodic reports
To ensure proper management of the company’s projects through carrying out their monitoring and evaluation
Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records

Qualifications for the Farm Manager Job
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Agriculture/farm management/animal production
Must have been a Farm Manager Pig Production for at least 5 years
Analytical with attention to detail
Good organizational, communication, inter-personal, cross-culture and team skills
Well developed problem solving and decision making skills
Be able to carry out effective multitasking

HR Officer Job Responsibilities
Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Write directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
Consult legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
Develop and maintains a human resource system that meets top management information needs.
Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reports are in compliance.
Recruit, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Plan and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as leave records, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
Qualifications for the HR Officer Job
Degree/Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
At least 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Officer
Strong customer focus and problem solver
Strong communication skills and superb inter-personal skills;
High level understanding of planning, forecasting and strong financial experience;
Leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution;
Should have a good track record and of unquestionable integrity;
