    Marketing Executive

    Are you an ambitious, energetic and highly motivated individual looking for a challenging environment to grow?
    We are looking to hire a result oriented Marketing Executive to coordinate and facilitate Business Development.

    Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive Job

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
    • Identify each potential customer’s needs
    • Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
    • Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications
    • Manage client acquisition and expansion activities
    • Develop new opportunities and close existing ones
    • Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
    • Develop detailed territory plans
    • Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of services
    • Follow up on service payment once the completion has been made
    • Research market trends and services
    • Arrange meetings with potential clients
    • Challenge objections in order to get the customer
    • Liaise with clients to ensure appropriate service delivery
    • Check quality of services prior to delivery
    • Record sales information and maintain customers’ records
    • Make rapid calculations of costs in order to provide temporary quotations
    • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
    • Review self-sales performance with a view to improve it

    Qualifications for the Marketing Executive Job

    • Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage
    • Sales and marketing
    • Prior Experience in a busy and experiential industry especially one dealing in valuation and estate Agency
    • Excellent written and spoken communication
    • Time management, Social awareness & Attention to detail
    • Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills
    • Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
    • Well-developed negotiation skill
    • General knowledge of Sales & Marketing
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Professional skills including PowerPoint and MS
    • The ability to produce high standard work which meets the client and business requirements.
    • Ability to work on own initiative, meet tight deadlines and balance priorities to achieve results
    • Effective time management skills as required to attain budget and timescale restraints set forward by the project requirements and the ability to perform successfully in a challenging works environment
    • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
