The ideal person will primarily coordinate, market, create awareness and enhance the link between the organization and its stakeholders at the constituency level.
Those applicants who are currently holders of any leadership position or role in any religious group, church mosque dealing with youth matters will have an added advantage.
The ideal candidate must:
• Be a minimum Diploma Holder
• Be below 35yrs of age
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A good learn player,able to work within targets and under minimum supervision
• Demonstrate strong networking skills at all levels
• Experience in relevant fields will be an added advantage
• Be willing to work at the grassroot level
The ideal person will primarily be responsible for:
• Coordinating & overseeing all the operations within the county
• Marketing all the programme activities at the county level
• Developing viable links and strategies between the organization and other stakeholders within the county
• Establishing sustainable networking relationships with other stakeholders at the county level
• Conducting market needs assessment of our clientele and the organization
• Conduct capacity building programmes to strengthen partnerships and improve the welfare of our partners
The ideal candidate must:

• Be below 35yrs of age

• A good team player, able to work within targets and under minimum supervision
• Demonstrate strong networking skills at all levels
• Experience in relevant fields will be an added advantage

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work at the grassroot level without supervision, capable of establishing networks at the grass root level, a team player, able to work within deadlines, a self starter with good communication skills.
