    Accounts Assistant

    (Budget is 30,000 to 35,000)

    Responsibilities

    • Management of petty cash transactions.
    • Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
    • Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
    • Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
    • Preparation of statutory accounts.
    • Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spread sheets.
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    • Book travel arrangements
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

    Qualifications

    • Plus one year experience in accounts or finance department
    • Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA part 2) is a must.
    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
    • Computer literate knowledge of customer service principles and practices
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional personal presentation
    • Organizing, planning and attention to detail
    • Reliability, initiative and stress tolerance

    Online Sales Promoter

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor Online and understand the brand’s movement, pricing, and distribution patterns
    • Be the firm’s(brand’s) face at online marketing meetings, seminars, and conferences
    • Help in putting marketing displays in place and making sure that the brand’s advertising instruments are positioned at strategic points
    • Formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers online
    • Represent the online brand to the customers in a positive manner at all times
    • Work with the firm’s sales/marketing division(s) to understand the firm’s goals/objectives
    • Plan and carry out awareness programs online to get to prospective customers
    • Provide online insights and online feedbacks on issues concerning the brand
    • Promote the brand online through personal social media accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma in Marketing or University graduate
    • Two years’ experience as online marketing especially in retail chain
    • High knowledge of Computer skills.
    • Fluent in English
