    Architect

    Role Description

    We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

    Responsibilities

    • Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
    • Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
    • Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
    • Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
    • Compile project specifications
    • Keep within budgets and timelines
    • Provide solutions that accommodate budgets without compromising quality
    • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
    • Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
    • Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
    • Follow architectural trends and advancements
    • Communicate & co-ordinate project requirements with the project team and other involved parties
    • Oversee planning and designing of the attractions and participate in supervising the construction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
    • 5-7 years of working experience as an architect
    • Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
    • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
    • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
    • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
    • Visual awareness and an eye for detail
    • Communication and project management skills
    • Experience managing projects
    • Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and approval process
    • Is attuned to areas of structural, mechanical, electrical and site requirements and can effectively interpret process

    Construction Manager

    Role Description

    We are seeking to hire a well experienced, self-driven and results oriented candidate to fill in the role of Jr. Construction Manager. He/She will report to the Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager works closely with the Project Manager to effectively and efficiently schedule labor and material while overseeing the project.

     Responsibilities

    • Daily planning and reviewing of site activities of assigned projects.
    • Monitor implementation of construction projects as specified in the design and bills.
    • Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
    • Liaise, as requested by the Project Manager, with the Project plan and input into design and Construction Programs.
    • Verifying estimates, reviewing project drawings, and specifications.
    • Create and disseminate schedules; specifies materials and supplies.
    • Enhance proper book keeping and evolution of the Management documentation and methods.
    • Financial responsibilities include providing/reviewing budget information and monitoring expenditures.
    • Coordinates with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure the projects are completed from start to finish.

    Requirements

    • Minimum three (3) years of construction/roofing industry experience.
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred.
    • Basic understanding of commercial practices, codes and regulations.
    • Problem solving, planning, organizing and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to details.
    • Punctual and reliable.
    • Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
    • Microsoft Word, Excel.
    • Industry-specific knowledge.

    Residential Sales Manager

    Role Description

    We are seeking to hire a well experienced, self-driven and results oriented candidate to fill in the role of Sales Manager. HeShe will report to the Company Directors and will be tasked with driving the sales agenda and contribute to growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the full sales team and reporting to the company Director
    • Generate and maintain a lead & enquiry register (CRM database)
    • Keep and maintain sales reports & schedules for buyers, potential buyers, leads etc.
    • Attract new buyers, follow-up and close on enquiries, leads
    • Create and forge relationships with potential buyers
    • Come up with a 12month marketing plan/strategy with budget projections
    • Ensure marketing material is up to date and relevant
    • Identify key events which the company’s product needs to be represented i.e. golf events, expos, conferences etc.
    • Ensure marketing material is always available for all such events
    • Attend and represent the company’s projects at homes expos, events etc.
    • Set up and oversee and manage the Sales office and show house on site & manage and co-ordinate show house visits
    • Set-up and Maintain all necessary professional reporting tools.
    • Report to the company directors on a weekly basis on sales/leads generated and forecast weekly plans/agenda.
    • Work with and oversee the legal team to ensure all sales documentation is in order
    • Assist buyers with paperwork.
    • Weekly legal review meetings to get updates on sale legal and ensure all the buyers paperwork in order.
    • Assist buyers to source mortgage providers and necessary paperwork.
    • Manage & co-ordinate the full sales life cycle
    • Liaise with finance team & directors to ensure deposits are paid, and payments from the buyers are made on time as per the agreed sales agreements
    • The role is part office based and part site based (sales office)
    • Provide constant & timely updates to buyers and potential buyers
    • Deal with all client/buyer enquiries and ensure there is always the highest standard of customer service
    • On completion of the construction, the Sale manager will work closely with the legal & finance teams to oversee the unit handover process. i.e. From having all the necessary signed documentation (Sale & Lease agreements) in place and to ensure the balance of the payments due are received in the shortest time possible.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing/ Business Management or related field of study
    • At least 7 years’ sales experience (preferably residential) in the industry with 3 in a similar role
    • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence potential clients at all levels
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of the products and services
    • Demonstrable experience in a sales supervisory role, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    • Good business sense
    • The ability to motivate and lead a team
    • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • The ability to work calmly under pressure
    • Good IT, budget and report writing skills
    • Valid driver’s license & preferably with a car (this is important)
    • In-depth knowledge of the legal & sale process from start to finish.
