Job Summary
The Regional Business Analyst is responsible for the sound Finance & Budget Management within the ECSA Region and the Regional Management Unit (RMU). S/he provides technical support in Regional report reviews and feedback to Country Office(COs) to include Country Office Monthly Finance & Operations Report(COMFORT), Finance Analysis & Reporting and Budget Grants and Contracts Review log to COs in the region. S/he will work closely with SSC, RMU and COs to ensure appropriate annual Master Budget Reviews and Financial Accounting & Reporting at the COs.
Job Responsibility # 1: Country Office Financial Management 50%
Job Responsibility # 2: Regional Financial Management & Capacity Building 30%
Job Responsibility # 3: Regional Office Financial Management & Other duties -20%

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Transport Officer, the Driver will be responsible for the safe driving and Care vehicles and property. He/she will at all times comply with the traffic regulations and the Organizations’ policies and regulations on vehicle Management as well as the Kenya Traffic Act CAP 403, Laws of Kenya.

CONTACTS/KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: CARE staff.
External: CARE visitors.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position shall be based in Dadaab Main Office/Ifo/Dagahely camps as well as any other extension camps and program sites. Hot weather is prevalent throughout the year with limited basic amenities. All vehicle movement must strictly be under scheduled police escort (scheduled convoys) with strict adherence to safety and security instructions all the time. It is a five (5) days work station; Monday to Friday.
The incumbent shall reside out of CARE compound and shall report to work at 0800 hours and leave at 1700 hours with a lunch break of one hour.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
Education: Minimum of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education and Valid Driving license class BCE and PSV.
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience
Certificate: Certificate of good conduct.
Competencies
Good communication, writing & interpersonal.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft office packages
