    Purchasing Assistant

    Our client is an international company that deals with African Souvenirs and African Merchandise(s).They seek a very competent Purchasing Assistant to join their team.

    Qualifications

    • A diploma in stores management/ purchasing and supplies management or equivalent from a recognized institution.
    • Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry Skills, Dependability
    • Must be willing to work at both HQ and at the shops when needed

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
    • Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, quantity and also acceptable quality.
    • Packaging and labeling/bar-coding items before they are dispatched.
    • Picking and packaging items on order.
    • Source new items
    • Managing categories allocated and their analysis
    • Placing orders for categories allocated
    • Create Pos and follow up
    • Help plan for delivery and barcoding
    • Ensuring stock quantities are adhered to
    • Undertake delivery at the shops
    • Processing of supplier payments
    • Making deliveries to the shops
    • Selecting space for storage and arranging for items to be placed in the designated areas.
    • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
    • Labeling goods that have arrived at the warehouse for proper storage
    • Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for both inventory and staff to work in.
    • Monitoring stock levels and updating bin cards accordingly
    • Maintaining and updating an accurate physical stock status report
    • Any other duties as maybe assigned by the supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Receive documents/incomings at the reception and recording in the message register.
    • Handle and manage draft documents and keep an electronic copy for easy retrieval.
    • Plan and co-ordinate appointments, make the Board room ready for meetings.
    • Picking official calls and recording official messages for the staff of the organization.
    • Filing, typing, printing, coping, scanning, email and mail dispatch administrative functions.
    • Receive and process incoming and outgoing emails according to Partner’s instructions.
    • Maintain and update the Partner’s, Associates’ and the court clerk’s diary to ensure appointments and court attendances are well coordinated.
    • Act as a point of contact/liaison between the Partner/Associates and the clients.

    Qualifications

    • Basic KCPE and KCSE Educational Background.
    • A Diploma Certificate will be an added advantage.
    • At least 1 year working experience in an active law firm.
    • At least Three Professional Referees
    • A Certificate of good conduct

    IT Sales Executive

    Our client is among the leading manufacturers of carbonated soft drinks in PET bottles in Africa, they seek to recruit an IT Sales Executive with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, be flexible and be willing to assume a range of unanticipated assignments.

    Basic Function:

    Under the direction of Sales and Marketing Manager –plan , direct , coordinate and drives the sales of the organization ensuring the sales targets are met. The sales approach will be consultative and relationship based, focusing on the development of a strategic partnership with the customer. Your role will be to take clients through the entire sales cycle to eventual close with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
    • Maintaining relationships with a client by providing support information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends markets activities and competitors.
    • Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications ,establishing personal networks, benchmarking state of the art practices and participating in professional societies.
    • Reviewing your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-3 Years relevant work experience.
    • A bachelor degree in IT/ICT
    • The ability and desire to sell.
    • Excellent communications skill.
    • Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence.
