Our client an I.T firm is looking to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, I.T Engineering or a related field.
• An MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years’ experience in I.T role or related field of which 3 years in management or leadership role or at least 3 years in technology multinational corporations.
• Conversant with the latest switching technology.
• Relevant certification will be an added advantage; such as Oracle PL/SQL and UNIX scripting are must.
• Professional certification in project management or hands on experience in project management.
• Above 35-40 years of age.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Ensure company’s technological processes and services comply with all requirements, law and regulations.
• Lead research and innovation strategy to position our company as a leading provider of financial service solution.
• Lead strategic insight and overview of business case justification and return on investment analysis for project related spending and initiatives.
• Monitor KPI’s and I.T budget assess technological performance.
• Build quality assurance and data protection process.
• Manage expectations of employees as a representation of the CEO/BOD.
• Supervising all the staff in the department and ensure that work is done satisfactorily.

Our client a leading Micro Finance is looking to hire a Treasury Manager

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Certified Foreign exchange and money markets dealer, Possessing an ACI Certificate
• 5 years’ experience in busy dealing room and must have experience in client quoting, market making and managing spot, swaps, experience in FX trading platform.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.
• Highly detail oriented and analytical.
• Interested in process improvement

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carefully monitor capital control, intercompany flows and any other factors that may inhabit ability to move funds freely
• Make a market in current currency pairs
• Monitor competitor pricing
• Manage liquidity across dozens of accounts in all our bank accounts
• Manage all aspects of in house investment portfolios.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with the company’s best execution policies.
• Project cash flows and provide analysis of cash movements
• Daily/weekly/monthly review of profitability across all traded currencies.
• Monitor the interbank rates and movement of G10 currencies.
• Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking and financial instruments.
• Knowledge of treasury software expertise a plus.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills.
