    Insurance Sales Coordinator

    Job Description: Nathan Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Coordinator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving insurance sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategies to drive insurance sales and meet sales targets.
    2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and partners to ensure access to competitive products and services.
    4. Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and benefits, and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
    5. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
    6. Negotiate terms and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
    7. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    8. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to enhance the overall customer experience.
    9. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
    10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    3. Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations, particularly in the Kenyan market.
    4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
    5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    8. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
