    Administrative Secretary

    JOB SUMMARY

    Langata Hospital Limited is seeking to employ an administrative secretary who will be responsible for coordinating and planning activates in the administration office .She/he will be involved in the day to day frontline operation that is in accordance with the administration team. She/he will take lead in informing the Directors and Head of Departments about their daily tasks as well as creating a diary of meetings for the organization.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for taking dictation for writing letters.
    • Plan all meetings accordingly and inform the various departments.
    • Reporting any maintenance being done and keep records.
    • Sending memos to departments.
    • Maintain notice boards.
    • Keeping a diary of managers whereabouts when need be.
    • Help in receiving and recording of goods coming in and going out.
    • Answer all phone calls coming in and corresponding professionally.
    • Informing the Directors of upcoming events.
    • Standing in for receptionist/cashier and store clerk when required.
    • Responsible for filing documents.
    • Taking minutes in a meeting.

    QUALIFICATTIONS

    • Diploma in secretarial or Business administration from recognized institution.
    • Very strong communication skills, at least 2 years’ experience in secretarial.
    • Male are encouraged to apply.

    Cashier

    JOB SUMMARY

    Langata Hospital Limited is seeking to employ a Cashier who will be responsible for the processing of all petty cash transactions and keeping adequate records for the same as per the procedure. She/he will be conversant in detailing about all the services provided by the hospital and their costs.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receiving of cash payment from clients
    • Issuing appropriate receipts to clients.
    • Process credit card payments for clients
    • Bill credit clients with valid credit dockets for corporate clients of the hospital.
    • Filling in reconciliation form at the end of each shift.
    • Handing over any pending issues at the end of each shift.
    • Sitting in for the receptionist when required.
    • Any and all the duties as well are assigned to you by the management from time to time.

    QUALIFICATTIONS

    • Diploma in finance and accounting from recognized institution.
    • Very strong communication skills
    • At least 1year experience as a cashier.
