22-93 Project Management Specialist (Energy Team Leader) at USAID

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Any application that does not meet the minimum requirements stated below will not be evaluated.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Administration or a closely related field is required.
2. Prior Work Experience: At least five years of professional IT work experience of a program or technical nature, where emphasis is placed on analytical, judgmental, and expository abilities with respect to the operation, management, and utilization of IT systems of substantial size and complexity is required. At least three years of this experience must have been in the operation of computer systems, providing PC support, and performing work of an entry-level programming nature. Experience in working in a cloud-based and client/server environment is required. Experience in effectively communicating with customers, employees, and senior management.
3. Language Proficiency: Level IV English and Kiswahili (fluency) is required.
