Key responsibilities;
- Documentation of process information and flow charting
- Identifying and analyzing business rules that govern the said processes
- Re-designing processes and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs
- Testing and managing the execution of the new environment.
- Monitoring and measuring effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent delivery of value.
- Designing of procedure manuals and training of staff.
The position involves travel.
