Nurse Manager Princess Zahra Pavilion-Nursing Division at Aga Khan University Hospital

The Nurse Manager-Princess Zahra Pavilion and Private Wing will oversee the delivery of quality patient care.

• The incumbent will coordinate all patient care activities and will also be responsible for regulatory and quality accreditation compliance, staff development and judicious use of available resources.
• S/he will lead the team in formulation; implementation and evaluation of annual goals in accordance with departmental and Hospital strategic goals.
• The ideal candidate will also participate in the budget process and ensure unit based control of operational costs based on institutional budgets.
• Applicants must be Registered Nurses (KRN/M; KRCHN) with current licensure with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• The successful candidate(s) should have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN).
• S/he should have Certification in BLS and a minimum of five (5) years continuous clinical experience in an acute care Hospital.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership and management skills and display professionalism in all areas of work.
