Job Summary

1. To carry out all paint related maintenance works in  a safe manner to ensure a tidy looking facility
2. To carry out routine and preventive paint maintenance works to all areas applicable

Required qualifications, attributes and experience

• National Trade Test Grade One (Painting) or its equivalent
• Should have successfully completed ‘O’ Level
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player
• Knowledge of correct paint mixing and spray painting
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical works will be an added advantage.
