Responsibilities for the Senior Training Levy Inspector Job

• Sensitizing and training of employers;
• Collecting of levy;
• Advising on status of employers;
• Inspecting of records;
• Advising on reimbursement and recovery of penalties;
• Coaching and mentoring of officers;
• Liaising with account department to ensure posting of levy payment; and
• Attending court /alternative dispute resolution mechanisms when necessary.

Senior Training Levy Inspector Job Requirements

• Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social/Pure Sciences;
• Have Diploma in either Law, Industrial Relations, Labour Management any other related field.
• CPA/CPS final, CIPS final or an equivalent
• Be a registered member of a recognized professional body;
• Have at least five (5) years’ relevant work experience in a related field;
• Have attended a Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution;
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have an understanding of development and presentation of levy administration activities.
• Be proficient in computer application;
• Have a good understanding of the dynamics of the industry;
