RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform replacement on diagnosed faulty electrical elements of machines including motors, relays and switches and set up sensing mechanism utilizing hand tools.
2. Carry out diagnosis and correct or replace malfunctioning electronic units like the printed circuit boards.
3. Carry out diagnosis and ensure replacement of pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic components of equipment and machines which are faulty.
4. May carry out assignments as electrician crane, time clock repairer.
5. Manage contractors' roles for electrical duties.
6. Organize safe maintenance principles for regulating and scheduling breakdowns.
7. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per OSHA guidelines.
8. Design preventive maintenance planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. A Diploma or BS in Electrical engineering/ mechatronic engineering
2. Computer literate
3. AUTOCAD experience
4. A minimum of 3 years with similar roles in a manufacturing set up
5. PLC programming knowledge will be an added advantage.
