TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SKILLS

• Professional/Technical qualifications – a Bachelor Degree in social science or governance-related field.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task between direct programme implementation and partners’ management with positive outcomes.
• Proof of ability to work independently to deliver project outcomes and results as well as any other tasks that may be delegated from time to time.
• Good facilitation and networking skills
• Fund raising donor reporting and budget management skills
• Partnership building skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong negotiation skills with diverse teams.
• Excellent computer skills particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Comprehensive knowledge of the water governance sector in Kenya
• At least 5 years progressive experience in designing and implementing governance programmes in Kenya.
• Experience in managing European Union funded programmes
