    Executive Support Graduate Intern

    Dimensions of the Role

    This role provides a learning opportunity for the incumbent as they perform administrative, technical and specialized work and will handle a variety of activities to ensure the effective and efficient organization of the Nilinde project office.

    Executive Support Graduate Internship Key Responsibilities

    • Manage executive schedules, calendar and workflow, communications and day to day operational and administrative issues
    • Manage the day to day operations of the Nilinde Executive Office and provide administrative and executive assistant support to the COP
    • Maintain several information databases and produce reports
    • Perform basic research and prepare reports and recommendations
    • Attend relevant knowledge exchange events and communicate updates to project team
    • Provide targeted support to events management
    • Filing and data management
    • Attend project meetings and record meetings as well as develop and manage action trackers
    • Organize and manage team meetings, managing tracking of issues and events and ensure follow through with activity owners to facilitate closure

    Qualifications for the Executive Support Graduate Internship

    • Graduates from Kenyan universities/reputable colleges
    • Must have completed studies in a relevant field of study within the last 24 months.
    • Graduates who are below 25 years old and willing to commit their time on the program for the entire year
    • Demonstrated good character, creativity, honesty, positive attitude and ability to learn
    • Graduates who are currently not in employment
    • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
    • Analytical, conceptual, synthesis and presentation skills
    • Interpersonal & communication skills
    • Planning and organising skills
    • Report writing skills
    • Teamwork
    • Negotiation skills
    • Attention to detail
